Land is a spiritual entity.

Leadership in our culture is not about job titles or positions… it’s about knowledge, responsibility, and relationships.

Leadership is earned; it is given when you have proven you can deal with responsibility and you understand that responsibility.

The land is my mother. Like a human mother, the land gives us protection, enjoyment and provides our needs
